 My brother started doing drugs at a young age. In 2008 he overdosed, luckily he was brought back and he spent 6 months in rehab. Again in 2009 he overdosed on Heroin and was pronounced dead, but through some small miracle, he came back. I found Phelan in 2010, and he performed several Rituals for my brother and he struggled for four years during the time I had Phelan work on his case. He took his last drug in December of 2014 and has been clean ever since. Every day he is clean it is a miracle. I will be forever grateful to Phelan for all of his help. Thank you, Phelan
